A new gaming console was announced by Xbox and they are bringing something new to the gaming world. The new Xbox Series X will be compatible with games from three past Xbox console generations and allow users to play them through the cloud on phones or tablets. This will bring something different to the table and create a more diverse gaming console. Will the backwards compatibility feature encourage gamers to throw out their old Xboxes to invest in this one? Only time will tell.

The PS5 next gen console is also planning on releasing the same year as the Xbox Series X. However this sleek white console is planning to support VR but unlike the Xbox Series X, the PS5 only plans to be compatible with the top 100 games of its last model. There is also talk of launching accessories alongside the PS5 such as, a DualSense charging station, a new HD camera, a Pulse 3D wireless headset, and a media remote. AMD, a tech giant, is creating the processor and graphics chips for both Xbox and Playstation suggesting they both will be released in November.
